Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you don't absolutely love your lashes, we will make it right... guaranteed!
We want each person to have the absolute best experience with their new lashes. Should you not love your new lashes for whatever reason, please contact us by phone within 3 business days of your appointment and we will be happy to have a follow-up appointment with you, free of charge to resolve any issue.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
If canceled within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
If canceled within 4 hours (or no-shows), clients will be charged the full 100% of the appointment value, as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
If more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction with your results. Clients arriving 20 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled.
Restrictions
As lash technicians, we need to deal with lash issues promptly in order to analyze shed patterns, or other concerns and come up with a plan to correct and resolve any issues so they don't continue.
Mink Lash Boutique must be notified within 3 business days of your appointment if there are any concerns with your lashes or brows. After 3 business days, complimentary fix appointments are no longer available.
Complimentary fix appointments must be completed within 5 days of the original date of your appointment.
A standard 24-hour cancellation policy is applicable to fix appointments. If a fix appointment is no-showed or canceled within 24 hours, the client will no longer be eligible for a complimentary appointment and will have to pay for a fill as usual.
Patch Test
If you are a new client we have you complete a New Client Intake Form. On this form, we have a section that offers you a Patch Test. When performing a Patch test we apply 10 lashes per eye with 2 types of adhesive. We then have you wait a full 24 hours to see if you have any reaction to our products. This service is available to all clients and can be booked over the phone.
Please Note - if you have reacted to eyelash extensions in the past we have the right to refuse service until a Patch Test is performed. This is for health and safety purposes so please be transparent regarding any past experiences. Knowing your eye health is truly our biggest concern.
Age Restriction
When booking your appointment please do keep in mind that if you are under the age of 18 you are required to have a Parent/ Guardian with you to sign the consent form. If you are under 18 years of age and are without a Parent/Guardian we will refuse the service.
Half Set to Full Set Policy
If you came in for a Half Set service with us and decide the look is not dramatic enough, you are able to return within 3 business days to have it filled to a Full Set and pay the difference.
